Protein Oat Breakfast Bars

cook time: 10 min
total time: 15 min
Ingredients:
1/2 tablespoon vanilla(optional)
1/2 tablespoon cinnamon(optional)
2 cups oats
1/8 cup ground flax seeds(optional)
1 tablespoon chia seeds(optional)
2 scoops/1/4 cup whey protein powder(i used chocolate)
1 cup applesauce
instructions:
1. Combine dry ingredients
2. Add wet ingredients to dry
3. Spread evenly on a greased baking sheet and cut into 9 squares
4. Bake for 10 min in a 350 degree oven
