Microwave Healthier Apple Crisp
Cook time-1-2 min
Prep time-1 min
Total time-3 min

Ingredients:
1 Apple
1/3 cup oats
2 tablespoons ground flax seed
1 tablespoon butter/margarine
(Optional) sweetener to taste
Directions:
1. Cut up apple into small cubes/slices.
2. Mix the oats and flax together and crumble in the butter/marergine.
3. Put apples into a bowl and pour the crumble mixture on top.
4. Microwave for 1-2 min
5. (Optional) Top with whipped cream or ice cream.
      Enjoy!!!!!
