Fluffy Whole Wheat Pancakes








 

Fluffy Whole Wheat Protein Pancakes-


Dry Ingredients:

3 cups Whole Wheat Flour

1 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda

3/4 teaspoons Baking Powder

1/8 cup Ground Flax Seed

1/2 teaspoon Salt


Wet Ingredients:

1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 cups Milk (whatever you prefer)

6 tablespoons Egg Whites(about 2 large)

1/2 cup Sugar(or sugar substitute)

2 tablespoons Vanilla



Instructions:

  1. Mix all dry ingredients together

  2. Add wet all at once and stir until just combined

  3. Cook on a preheated pan at medium heat for 1-2 min each side

  4. Enjoy!
