Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Oatmeal Cups

Sugar-free, Egg-free, Oil-free, High Protein, High Fiber, Low-calorie, 100 Calorie.

So our microwave died.

while we mourn this tragic loss, I thought I would make my parents some oatmeal cups to make them feel better! Totally not an excuse to bake something;) I decided to make them without a recipe, just follow my gut and see what happens. Not to brag but they tasted better than any other oatmeal cup I've made before!

These are super versatile too! you can totally switch up the recipe for different add-ins: cranberry orange, chocolate chip, apple cinnamon...you get the picture!

These oatmeal cups have no added sugar, but are still sweet thanks to the applesauce and raisins! They make a super awesome breakfast, they give you fiber and healthy carbs from the oats, healthy fats from the flax and protein too!

  Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Oatmeal Cups

1.5 cups oats-I used quick cooking, but I'm sure you can use whatever you have on hand!
.5 Tablespoon cinnamon
.25 Teaspoon salt
1 Scoop vanilla whey protein powder
.25 cup flax meal
.5 cup applesauce
1 tablespoon vanilla
1.25 cups milk-I used 1 percent but again I'm sure you could use any milk.
.5 cup raisins

1. preheat oven to 375F and grease a 12 muffin pan.
2. mix dry ingredients exscluding raisins
3. add wet ingredients
4. mix in raisins
5. bake for 14-16 minutes
 Enjoy!!!
