ingredients:
   Pumpkin Base:
1 can Pumpkin Puree
3 Eggs/Egg substitute
1 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1/2 cup Greek Yogurt(plain or vanilla)
1/4 cup Sugar/Maple Syrup
  Topping:
1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
1/2 cup Oats
3/4 cup Butter/Oil/Margarine
1 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice

Directions:
1. Mix all the pumpkin base ingredients together
2. Pour into a 8x8 square pan
3. Mix the crumble topping together
4. Spoon bits of the crumble on top of the pumpkin base until all gone
5. Bake for 20-25 min in a preheated 350 degree oven
       Enjoy!!!
