Fluffy, Not Dry, 25 Grams of Protein, Lower Carb.
Guys, this recipe has been a pain in the butt. I'm not even going to try to hide it. I have been making a protein waffle every day for at least two weeks. so needless to say, I'm a little sick of them. But I finally figured it out! This morning I was blessed(Thank you St. Lawrence!). I finally made a protein waffle that wasn't dry or tough or lumpy or eggy, it came out amazing! It was moist, fluffy, and soft. It tasted like a diner waffle!

Protein Waffle
1 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
1/8 cup Ground Flax Seed(optional)
1/8 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 Large Egg
3 tablespoons Whipped Cream Cheese
1/4 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 pinch Salt
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1. Mix dry ingredients
2. Add wet ingredients
3. Pour into a preheated waffle iron
